College life is not effortless, it involves the dedication of our concentration and energy to carry out our responsibilities and tasks. We commonly associate stress with being felt by some CEOs or top management in some big company; but the truth is all of us feel it in different ways and amount, from students to directors. Even the feat of turning up for a lecture may be stressful; driving in traffic or amongst reckless drivers, or waiting too long for a bus, may trigger the release of stress hormones.
